Led by directors Nawaz Kamil and Richway Ponnampalam, our team brings together decades of experience in commercial and civil litigation, corporate law and corporate advisory, personal and corporate insolvency and restructuring — representing clients from multiple jurisdictions and across industries from finance and construction to technology and international trade.

Our Directors
How it all started
Richway and Nawaz first met while working together at one of Singapore’s premier law firms as young lawyers. They developed their foundations together in legal practice under the training of top tier practitioners. Richway would go on to explore the corporate world before returning to practice while Nawaz honed his restructuring and insolvency craft.
Their paths would come together again and discussions started of a practice with strong foundational values and equipped for future challenges. A few coffees (and many spirited debates) later, they realised they shared the same vision: a law firm where clients feel heard, problems are tackled head-on, and complex legal challenges are met with both skill and creativity.
So, they decided to team up — combining Nawaz’s top-tier restructuring and insolvency know-how, with Richway’s heavyweight disputes and white-collar expertise. Today, that partnership is the driving force behind a firm that’s as approachable as it is formidable in the courtroom and in meeting rooms.
